Redwell Construction is a family owned business formed in 2015.  Our Directors have a combined industry experience in excess of 60 years covering a variety of trades and professional qualifications working for both local and National companies. We employ our own Site Managers who hold their SMSTS qualification and also a have our own direct labour to cover multiple trades.  All of our Directors have direct involvement with the day to day running of the company and take an active role in each project from inception to handover.

Areas we cover

We generally operate within a 60 mile radius of our headquarters but can cover areas farther afield if required.  This ensures that all of our projects are appropriately resourced and supervised at all times.  Should your project fall outside of this area, please feel free to call us to discuss your specific requirements.

Meet the Team

Simon Clark

Simon has over twenty years of industry experience having commenced his career with a PQS practice in Gloucester.Following this, a number of years working for a number of Main Contractors including 2 multi-million pound companies. Has considerable experience of procurement and commercial management. Majority of experience involves maintenance works, Education, Healthcare and Commercial projects.Also has considerable experience as an Estimator and Project Manager.

Anna Hutchison

Anna joined the team in 2016 and rapidly became an integral part of the business. Her role as Business Director encompasses HR, Accounts, Marketing and the day to day management of Head Office operations. She has a wealth of corporate experience and brings a professional ethos to the business.

Neil Lester

Neil is a time served carpenter with over 10 years of experience. He spent 10 years working for a multi-million pound main contractor where he became an SMSTS qualified Site Manager. Neil has vast experience of a variety of projects and construction methods and has managed numerous multi-million pound projects including the construction of a new specialist Nursing Home. He also has a considerable portfolio of smaller projects including the replacement of internal doors, kitchens, bathrooms etc. A strong manager who is able to bring out the best in people and deliver an exceptional end product.
